Refund policy

I want you and your pet to be satisfied with your purchase. Within 14 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied, your products can be exchanged if unwashed and undamaged.

​Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once I receive your return, I will inspect the product for damage or any other issues. If the product checks out, I will ship the exchanged product. If there are issues with the product, I will charge you the return shipping cost and contact you regarding the issue.
